If you are not a Performance Solution client and have made a payment from your bank account to TPS-HMRC, please be aware this is nothing to do with our organisation. It is the HMRC Telephone Payment System and your enquiries should be directed to HMRC and not to our office. We regret we are unable to help you with this matter.
