Sally Vanson

Sally has enjoyed a broad career spanning the hospitality and retail industries, management consulting and automotive, having worked for Hanson PLC and Mazda Cars. Having completed her Doctoral thesis and with a Masters degree in Organisational Development, she is also a Chartered Member of the IPD, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Direction and is a trained Trainer of NLP. She is the author of three books and designed and now directs the first NLP based Masters degree in the world. She is is a professionally credentialed coach and a member of EMCC, ICF and the Association for Coaching. Sally speaks regularly at international conferences and is also a Visiting Fellow at Kingston University and University of Derby Corporate.

Allan has followed an international career, living and working in Texas for five years and more latterly as a Director of Lucas. He has PhD from London University, is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Certificate in Advanced Coaching Skills. Ailsa has a wealth of experience working within both the healthcare and sales industries. Her particular highlight has been coordinating activities for vulnerable adults.
Ailsa has a BSc in Psychology with The University of Portsmouth, she has a particular interest in Criminal and Developmental Psychology and over the course of her degree she conducted research into the stereotyping of female sex offenders. Ailsa enjoys sports and outdoor pursuits and whilst studying for her degree was a member of The Officer Training Corps. Having recently joined TPS her main roles include supporting mature students on our post-graduate programmes and portfolio clients working towards ICF and AoC accreditation. She also manages special projects.

She supports the team during hectic periods while studying for a BA in Business Studies. In her spare time she travels extensively, particularly enjoys music festivals such as Reading and has a longer term goal to work in New York.

She has used leading-edge scientific research to produce some of the most profound and far-reaching practical applications of Developmental and Corporate Psychoneurology for individuals in business. Using a unique new understanding of ‘functional neuroplasticity’ – the brain’s ability to change and rewire itself - Dr Concorde has created the means for rapidly developing the ‘ultimate 21C mindedness’ in individuals. This includes the fluid, systematic, complex, non-linear thinking required for people to succeed in today’s turbulent, rapidly-changing business contexts.
She is a stimulating and thought-provoking catalyst of organisational change, working with executive boards to profoundly interrogate and re-evaluate business strategy and organisational resource leverage in light of challenging contextual conditions. Alex lectures on BSc and MSc courses and is a popular keynote speaker both in the US and the UK. has a variety of professional qualifications which include Practitioner and Master Practitioner in NLP, Diploma in Business Coaching, Executive and Life Coaching, Performance Coach, CIPD in Psychology for Trainers and Advanced psychology for Trainers, Fellow of the institute of Sales Management and Fellow of The Oxford Leadership Academy. He has a wealth of experience in Sales, Marketing, Training, Coaching and Running Teams. He worked for a number of years for Hallmark (greeting card company) where he is one of only a few Brits to achieve the coveted ‘European Sales Person of the Year’ award plus many regional and zoned awards. He has worked for a board range of International, European and UK bases client organizations in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to retain, utilities, pharmaceutical, financial services, distribution and education. Graham also works as an Executive Coach working ‘one to one’ with Business People.

started her career in Human Resources through the banking and insurance industry in London. She has since worked in external recruitment consultancy in Australia, before moving back into HR management & consultancy within automotive, marketing services and warehousing/distribution. Gail became a business consultant, facilitator and coach in 2002 and has since worked with blue chip organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Handpicked Hotels and The London Stock Exchange supporting cultural change programmes, in addition to working with small to medium sized enterprises enabling people to develop in support of business strategy and national standards. She heads up our HR outsourcing practice. Gail has an MBA and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development since 1990. She is currently following a Psychology degree and holds a Certificate in Advanced Executive Coaching Skills.
Denis Coleman

Denis has almost 30 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Inventory Control, AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) and Packaging Technology. He has worked at all levels of the supply chain from direct sales all the way up the supply chain to procurement and data management throughout his career. This gives him a unique skill set and very practical perspective in the supply chain processes and management. Denis has a variety of professional qualifications which include Practitioner and Master Practitioner in NLP, Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching, Special award (Master Degree level) in Emotional Intelligence, FETAC Train the Trainer Certification and Extended DISC & iWAM Trainer & Test Assessor. Denis is a firm believer in professional development and is currently completing advanced skills and Masters programs in the coaching and NLP field. He is very interested in Non-verbal Communication and has delivered unique programs in communication based around the area of NVC. He is driven to developing ways to link hard business processes with the cognitive skills required to run them. He also believes in the academic needs of the Coaching and NLP fields and is a vocal advocate for the formal training and accreditation of professional coaches.

As a consultant, Grace brings insight into the value of the alignment of individual and organisational needs, as well as the power of leadership and good management systems for enabling organisational outcomes. As a coach, Grace brings a focus on clear outcomes and an ability to facilitate a person in their choice to be more flexible in patterns of behaviour and emotion. Since she started working in the organisational development sector she has been developing significant skills as presenter and change facilitator and trainer, before directing her attention and focus on coaching. She co-ordinates our practice in Rome.
For the last 15 years Flaminia has been intensely committed to her personal and professional development specializing in different tools and techniques of modern psychology applied to personal and professional development. She has intensive experience in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and counselling, holding qualifications in both disciplines.
