Sally Vanson

Client assignments include Handpicked Hotels, The Foreign Office, The London Stock Exchange, Astra Zeneca, Glaxo, Johnson & Johnson, HMRC, Bevan Brittan LLP, Harlequin, Mills & Boon, Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Kuwait Ministry of Education,Blackburn with Darwen Council, NHS Redbridge, and Avon and Somerset Police.
Sally has enjoyed a broad career spanning the hospitality and retail industries, management consulting and automotive, having worked for Hanson PLC and Mazda Cars. Having completed her Doctoral thesis and with a Masters degree in Organisational Development, she is also a Chartered Member of the IPD, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Direction and is a trained Trainer of NLP. She is the author of three books and designed and now directs the first NLP based Masters degree in the world. She is is a professionally credentialed coach and a member of EMCC, ICF and the Association for Coaching. Sally speaks regularly at international conferences and is also a Visiting Fellow at Kingston University and University of Derby Corporate.

Dr Allan Parker

Allan has followed an international career, living and working in Texas for five years and more latterly as a Director of Lucas. He has PhD from London University, is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Certificate in Advanced Coaching Skills. Allan’s clients include The Body Shop, New Look, Black&Decker, NatMags, Linkage International, Johnson & Johnson, Outward Bound Professional, Bourton Consulting Group, Second Sight and NatCen.

Grace Minton

Grace’s experience ranges from facilitating workshops and group work, to team development and training, the design of corporate HR Strategy, organisational surveys and cultural change interventions. Grace offers a strong combination of capabilities in workplace research, analysis, and design of organisational development solutions.
As a consultant, Grace brings insight into the value of the alignment of individual and organisational needs, as well as the power of leadership and good management systems for enabling organisational outcomes.
As a coach, Grace brings a focus on clear outcomes and an ability to facilitate a person in their choice to be more flexible in patterns of behaviour and emotion.
Outside of work Grace enjoys the creative arts and is a Board member of the Community Arts Association of WA.

Wilbert Molenaar

Wilbert started his first training and coaching business in 1996 in the Netherlands and came to Australia in 2005 and created Dynamic Creation Australia.
Wilbert’s unbridled enthusiasm for people, their opportunities and the way people create their realities combined with his ability to not just work with the individual but with the whole system has enabled him to work with individuals and groups and transform their way of being. Wilbert has worked with Top Fortune 500 businesses.
His light-heartedness combined with his pragmatic and spellbinding approach have reached more than 10.000 people from all over the world through training and coaching in NLP, Leadership Programs and Coaching Programs.
Wilbert is very passionate about human potential and possibilities and is fuelled by the conviction that every person has a right and an obligation to use their full potential, he values integrity, flexibility and authenticity and demonstrates commitment in all his endeavours.
Wilbert has created the DC Foundation that supports projects in Africa, Cameroon and Australia that have their roots in education.

Jackie Smith

started her career as an Occupational and Counselling Psychologist with the Further Education sector in Sydney, Australia. On her return to the UK she set up a Greenfield site and developed a National Management Development Centre for a group of companies. She subsequently joined one of the major global management consultancies as a Principal Associate and was involved in launching and implementing a mentoring programme for partners, as well as coaching Senior Executives driving Change Programmes.
Recent projects include: facilitating workshops for executive teams on defining a values based culture, coaching team members to become champions of the change process and consulting with change agents during the implementation (IT, Manufacuring, Banking sectors); facilitating action learning sets and 1:1 coaching as part of a leadership development programme; providing psychometric feedback to senior managers (Publishing, Health) and to newly formed teams (Telecommunications); conducting coaching and internal consulting courses (Manufacturing, Telecommunications); and facilitating a 3 year business planning process (Arts).

Lisa Wake

Lisa is a highly experienced trainer, coach, facilitator and change management consultant.
After starting her career in NHS clinical practice as a nurse, Lisa moved into NHS management in 1992, where she was employed as a Senior Manager until she left to commence her own shared business in 1997. Using NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) as a launch pad, Lisa has developed extensive experience as a Coach, Facilitator, Change Agent, Trainer, Supervisor and Mentor. Now a Master Trainer of NLP, Lisa is also accredited by the UKCP as a neurolinguistic psychotherapist. Lisa continues to work with Organisations as diverse as the Home Office, Fox’s Biscuits, Northern Foods Group, Napp Pharmaceuticals, Mundipharma Research, Macmillan Nurses, Keepmoat PLC, as well as NHS and Local Authority organisations.
Lisa is advisor to Association of NLP and was also on the steering committee of the first International NLP research conference at Surrey University. Renowned for her track record of ethics, training and standards in NLP, Lisa is one of the few academically published researchers and writers within the field of NLP, with her recent publication providing an evidence base to the US Military for their work with veterans. She has just commenced doctoral research at Surrey University.

Jeremy Lazarus

is a Certified Master Trainer of NLP and a Certified NLP Coach. He has been coaching professionally since 1999 and running Certified NLP courses since 2000.Jeremy trains on NLP courses ranging from short business courses to the NLP trainer’s training. His courses are recognised by the ANLP and the Association for Coaching.
Given his background as a former Finance Director, Corporate Treasurer and Management Consultant, a significant amount of his coaching and training practice has been in the business world. His corporate clients have included Barclays Bank plc, Bedfordshire Police, British Telecommunications plc, BucksSport, Cardiff University, Halifax Bank of Scotland plc, Lloyds Pharmacy, Reuters plc, Sony BMG, SportsCoachUK, T-Mobile Vodafone plc, West Midlands Strategic Health Authority to name but a few.
Jeremy is also a former semi-professional goalkeeper, and since 2005 he has developed an NLP sports coaching practice, and worked with Premier League football and rugby clubs, international athletes and high-profile sports organisations. He runs NLP-related sports certification courses, including an NLP Sports Practitioner. He is researching motivational strategies used by football coaches when coaching premier league goalkeepers.

Mark Wake

After reading chemistry at Leicester University, Mark spent the next 15 years with a variety of chemical companies in production management, planning and training roles. He developed a flair for individual and team development and problem solving which he now offers to individuals and companies such as Yorkshire Bank, PX ltd., Sidhall Group and HM Prison Service. Mark was trained by INLPTA as an NLP trainer and his background in manufacturing means he brings a practical ‘no-nonsense’ style into the training room. He is equally at home working with the boardroom or the shop floor and has a particular skill at bringing alive seemingly abstract theoretical concepts in a learning environment.
In 2010, Mark gained a MA in NLP & Coaching through Kingston University to bring a depth and wider perspective to his training. His dissertation on the differences between face-to-face versus online coaching systems was based on the client’s perception and has informed current systems.

Denis Coleman

Denis has almost 30 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Inventory Control, AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) and Packaging Technology. He has worked at all levels of the supply chain from direct sales all the way up the supply chain to procurement and data management throughout his career. This gives him a unique skill set and very practical perspective in the supply chain processes and management. Denis has a variety of professional qualifications which include Practitioner and Master Practitioner in NLP, Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching, Special award (Master Degree level) in Emotional Intelligence, FETAC Train the Trainer Certification and Extended DISC & iWAM Trainer & Test Assessor. Denis is a firm believer in professional development and is currently completing advanced skills and Masters programs in the coaching and NLP field. He is very interested in Non-verbal Communication and has delivered unique programs in communication based around the area of NVC. He is driven to developing ways to link hard business processes with the cognitive skills required to run them. He also believes in the academic needs of the Coaching and NLP fields and is a vocal advocate for the formal training and accreditation of professional coaches.

As an International Manager at Orange, Erica led the internal re-brand of the mobile telecoms business across Eastern and Western Europe. Erica’s current areas of interest is in the areas of creating personal excellence, memorable training and development interventions, change programmes, knowledge management and working with communities of practice and global teams.
