Patrice Birot is a Senior Executive with over thirty years experience in the corporate world, and is an innovative and result-oriented professional with a solid record of achievements.
A citizen of the world who has lived, worked and travelled in numerous countries such as France, USA, UK, China, Korea and Russia, Patrice has introduced Co-Active coaching and leadership training courses in France, while also developing a successful private coaching practice in service of individuals, teams and numerous major corporations throughout Europe. As one of the Managing Directors of Paris Playground, Patrice is driven by excellence and integrity to bring co-active and systemic coaching values and concepts into the corporate world at large, to help bring humanity back into the workplace.

has a number of professional qualifications which include a MA in modern languages (French, English and Swedish), NLP Master Practitioner, Core Transformation, Clean Language and Symbolic Modeling and MBTI.
Sylvie has worked in areas such as communications, art, fashion, advertising, event organisation and company consulting. She is also the co-creator with Jenifer le Gandt of Clean Cards. With enthusiasm, she helps people find ways to learn, change, develop their potentials, reach their goals and celebrate their success in and easy and efficient manner. She also has a personal passion for visual art, dance and Tai Chi.

started her career as an Occupational and Counselling Psychologist with the Further Education sector in Sydney, Australia. On her return to the UK she set up a Greenfield site and developed a National Management Development Centre for a group of companies. She subsequently joined one of the major global management consultancies as a Principal Associate and was involved in launching and implementing a mentoring programme for partners, as well as coaching Senior Executives driving Change Programmes.
Recent projects include: facilitating workshops for executive teams on defining a values based culture, coaching team members to become champions of the change process and consulting with change agents during the implementation (IT, Manufacuring, Banking sectors); facilitating action learning sets and 1:1 coaching as part of a leadership development programme; providing psychometric feedback to senior managers (Publishing, Health) and to newly formed teams (Telecommunications); conducting coaching and internal consulting courses (Manufacturing, Telecommunications); and facilitating a 3 year business planning process (Arts).

Katja Ischebeck is an experienced Business Coach and Consultant, based in Hamburg and working in a wide range of commercial functions including Leadership Coaching and Development, HR Consulting, Business Coaching and Supervision, Change Management projects, individual and team development.
Prior to becoming an executive coach she worked in Mummert Consulting as a management trainer covering areas such as Leadership programmes, communication skills, conflict management and mediation, negotiating skills, project management, performance appraisal etc., with her most recent project being the design, development and co-delivery of a leadership programme for 1300 managers. Katja is also trained and accredited to feedback a number of psychometric questionnaires.

as a research leader in the chemical industry before moving into business management. She was an area sales manager and facilitated successful cross-functional business teams. Sue moved into consulting, training and coaching originally with the change consultancy, The Coverdale Organisation.
She has many years experience as a consultant and trainer in the field of behavioural change for blue chip and public sector organisations. Her clients have included Orange, hp (formerly Compaq), Guinness, Woolworths, several business media organisations, Bass and South West Water. She has developed and devised strategic trainings in alignment with key business issues to enhance leadership skills, team-working, project and programme management and behavioural change workshops. Sue has facilitated new teams at Board level to enable them to be rapidly high performing and develop vision and values, role and strategy and discover innovative solutions to business issues.

Richard Kwakernaak

is an executive coach. After graduating from the Royal Netherlands Naval Academy, having studied Military Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources Management, Richard continued to feed his curiosity by studying Occupational and Organisational Psychology. Life on board Naval Frigates though, more or less like being in a socio-psychological laboratory for months on end, was a just as powerful learning experience. Later positions within the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps, the Navy Personnel Department in the Hague and Psychological Research at the Defence Selection Agency in Amsterdam, built upon those learnings much further.
After leaving the Navy, Richard decided to specialise in the field of communication training and still enjoys serving the international military community by training them in their preparations for Peace Support Operations worldwide. Most of his efforts nowadays though concentrate on training and coaching corporate business people in how to build their desired reality proof relationships through reality proof interpersonal as well as intrapersonal communication.

Romeo Grzebowski has more than 10 years experience in Human Resources and Management Consulting and three years experience in the travel industry. His professional interests include: business management, people and organization development, executive coaching and team coaching.
Romeo runs the Extended DISC business in Poland and is a member of the Advisory Board of Extended DISC International. He is also a partner in a Management Consulting Business in Warsaw, an associate business of The Performance Solution. Recently Romeo has been coaching the management team of a Polish subsidiary of a US based packaging company. The focus for the team coaching was on increasing performance, conflict resolution and team alignment.
Gabriel Carogol

has worked in a variety of industries in Spain from retail chains of DIY stores, to the paper mills and artificial yarns and fibres markets with roles encompassing specialist marketing, general management and leadership and achieving an MBA.
In April 1996 he made a decision to train as a professional coach and motivated by a passion for learning and professional standards he trained with renowned institutes both in Spain and the UK. He is currently completing an MSc in Coaching and Development as the pinnacle of his development. His passion is to ensure that all learning and development interventions impact on business growth and that personal learning is aligned with organisational strategy. It is imperative to Gabriel that objectives for executive coaching are agreed between coach, coachee and sponsor and that regular review meetings are held to check milestones.
