Training in Higher Professional Coaching Skills

Gaining the Higher Professional Coaching Skills will transform your coaching skills with an understanding and practical application of organisational development, team coaching, mentoring and coaching supervision as well as providing you with even more powerful tools to increase the value and impact of your coaching. This is Part 2 of the ICF ACTP qualification. It is endorsed by the ILM and recognised by the Association for Coaching. You must first obtain the Professional Coaching Skills.
Entry Requirements
In order to attend this course, candidates will need to have attended our Professional Coaching Skills course (Part 1) or another accredited coaching course.
Content
The course is designed in 2 modules:
Module 1: Professional Coach Development, Planning, Team Coaching, Advanced Rep Systems and iWAM
Module 2: Mentoring, Supervision for Coaches, NLP Practitioners and Therapists and Final Assessment.
During the programme delegates will:
Be continually observed and assessed in their coaching by peers and experienced coaches using clear standards and criteria as defined by the ICF.
Observe and assess peers in their coaching and use coaching to aid the planning and development of a personal learning programme.
Develop your portfolio and receive 10 hrs coach mentoring to support this development.
Achieve the training accreditation necessary to progress to full accreditation with the International Coach Federation.
