Coach Development
Why Attend?
Coaching becomes self-regulated from 2012 and to be sure of compliance, anyone offering coaching services must have a minimum of 60 coach specific training hours. We understand that many great coaches have not done this, or bring learning from related fields so we are offer this opportunity for you to reflect on and tune up your practice, audit your achievements against the ICF core competencies and code of ethics, and fill any development gaps that you may discover. We will mentor you to gain the full ICF ACTP qualification. This course also contributes towards the MA in Applied Coaching that we run in partnership with the University of Derby Corporate.
Entry Criteria
The ideal delegate is a practicing coach/therapist with a range of professional experience, a commitment to competent and ethical practice and to sharing their learning with others in order to develop the field and emergent profession of Coaching. This delegate will be working towards a Professional Certified Coach qualification and be committed to achieving 750 logged coaching hours in order to support their ICF PCC application.

The fee for the whole course including your coaching and your psychometric assessments is £1995 plus VAT, this includes all materials, refreshments including lunch, and three practice psychometric questionnaires as well as your own report.
