Sally Vanson, Managing Director of The Performance Solution, works with clients in the areas of Organisation Development, Leadership Development , Modelling Winning Performance™ , Strategic Human Resources, and Executive Coaching at Board Level, she brings grounded, commercial insight into all her work and her pragmatic style ensures early translation into business environments and ensures transformational results. Current client assignments include The London Stock Exchange, Astra Zeneca, Glaxo, European Golf Brands Holdings, Bevan Brittan LLP and Avon and Somerset Police.

Sally has enjoyed a broad career spanning the hospitality and retail industries, management consulting and automotive, having worked for Hanson PLC and Mazda Cars. With a Masters degree in Management, Sally is also a Chartered Member of the IPD, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Direction and is a trained Trainer of NLP. She is the author of three books and designed and now directs the first NLP based Masters degree in the world. Sally speaks regularly at international conferences.

Dr Allan Parker is Operations Director at The Performance Solution and works with clients in the areas of project and process management, New Product Introduction and Innovation, Modelling Winning Performance™ and Executive Coaching. His unique approach enables organisations to maximize their productivity and performance. Current client assignments include GSK, Bevan Brittan LLP, Universities of Warwick and Bristol, and the IEE.

Allan has followed an international career, living and working in Texas for five years and more latterly as a Director of Lucas. He has PhD from London University, is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Certificate in Advanced Coaching Skills

Michel Rener is Business Development Director of The Performance Solution and based in Paris. He is an experienced executive coach and trainer with more than 20 years of international exposure.

Ceri Heathcote is Operations Manager at The Performance Solution and works Monday to Thursday. She is responsible for daily management or operational activities.

Gail Wallwork started her career in Human Resources through the banking and insurance industry in London. She has since worked in external recruitment consultancy in Australia, before moving back into HR management & consultancy within automotive, marketing services and warehousing/distribution.  Gail became a business consultant, facilitator and coach in 2002 and has since worked with blue chip organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Handpicked Hotels and The London Stock Exchange supporting cultural change programmes, in addition to working with small to medium sized enterprises enabling people to develop in support of business strategy and national standards. She is also the Programme Director for the first MSc in NLP and Organisation development in the world.  

Gail has an MBA and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development since 1990.
